Uptime monitoring

Watch everything that can break. Trust the board that says it didn't.

PageWarden checks your sites, SSL certificates, domains, content, ports, DNS and host reachability, confirms failures from multiple regions, and alerts you in email, Slack, Discord or a webhook. One tool, one status board, no noise.

Free plan, no credit card. 3-day trial on any paid plan.

The PageWarden status board

The green you can believe.

In most dashboards green is decoration. In PageWarden it means the check actually ran and actually passed. Before a retryable failure is ever recorded, it is re-checked from multiple regions and a quorum decides, so a single bad network path will not wake you. A board that is green because it was verified, and red because it was confirmed.

All-in-one

Seven things that can break, watched in one place

Most teams stitch uptime, certificates and DNS together from three services. PageWarden is one.

Uptime

HTTP/HTTPS checks that classify each result up, degraded or down.

Checks as often as every 60 seconds

SSL certificate

Track certificate expiry and validate the chain before a cert lapses.

Watches the full chain and the expiry date

Domain expiry

WHOIS-based tracking of domain registration expiry. Catch a forgotten renewal.

Tracks the registration expiry date
Hobby+

Keyword / content

Assert a page contains, or does not contain, specific text.

Alerts when expected text goes missing, or bad text appears
Hobby+

TCP port

Monitor a raw TCP service on a specific port. Up or down on connectivity.

Mail, database, game servers, anything on a port
Hobby+

DNS record

Verify records resolve as expected, with an optional expected value.

Watches A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT and NS records
Starter+

Ping (ICMP)

Raw host reachability over ICMP, separates a host being down from a service being down, with no port or HTTP. Loss-aware.

Tells a down host apart from a down service

Incidents you can trust

One incident per outage, not a flood of pings

Two consecutive failed checks open an incident, dated at the first failure. Two consecutive successes resolve it at the recovery time. You get one clean timeline per outage with the failing target, the latest error, and the in-window check results.

A transient or blocked failure is retried once before it is recorded, so a momentary blip never opens a false incident. Calm by construction.

Multi-region confirmation

Confirmed from several vantages before you are alerted

PageWarden probes from New York, San Francisco, Frankfurt, Singapore and Sydney, plus the primary vantage. A single bad network path or a datacenter-IP block will not page you. A real outage, confirmed across regions, will.

Starter and Pro add continuous per-region scanning, per-region uptime history, a response chart and the live region map.

Downtime alerts

Alerts where you already are

PageWarden notifies you on incident open and recovery, with no duplicate sends and a retry ladder. Every channel has a send-test button.

Email is on every plan. Webhook, Discord, Slack and Telegram are on paid plans. SMS is on Pro.

A plain-English read on what likely broke

When an incident opens, PageWarden adds a short hypothesis about the likely cause to the incident and the alert. It is a quiet assist, clearly marked verify before acting, not a headline. Available on Starter and Pro.
