Is Slack down?

How we check

How this Slack status is measured

PageWarden monitors Slack from its own infrastructure to give an objective read on its status. Every 5 minutes we request slack.com from our US region and verify that it responds correctly and within a normal time. Because the check runs from our servers, not your device, a status of up while you cannot reach Slack points at your own network, DNS or browser.

Slack is a team messaging platform for channels, direct messages and calls. When slack.com is down, sending and receiving messages can be affected across web and desktop.
